Here’s how you can make Kashmiri paneer which tastes completely different and delicious:

Ingredients for making Kashmiri Paneer

1 cup paneer, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 2 bay leaves, 1/2 tsp fennel powder, 1 tsp garam masala, salt, saffron pinch, 3 cloves, 3 cardamoms, 2 tsp fennel, 1 tsp fenugreek.

Kashmiri Paneer Recipe :

To make this special Paneer dish, first make powder of Kashmiri cloves, cardamom, fennel and fenugreek, then take a pan and heat oil and add cumin seeds and prepared spice powder. Then add milk to it and let it boil. When the milk starts boiling, add turmeric powder, garam masala powder, bay leaf, and saffron and mix well. After this, reduce the flame. Now take the paneer pieces and put them in the milk. Then add salt to the vegetable when it boils or bubbles start forming in it. Then cook the paneer till it is soft. When the paneer is soft, turn off the gas and serve it hot.
